Each order at FASHION ELITE is custom-made upon order and payment confirmation. This ensures sustainable business practices, environmental care, and the highest quality of our products. Due to this personalized production process, your product will be delivered within 4-12 business days. In the event of material delays, we will promptly notify you and provide a new estimated delivery date for your product.

If you wish to receive your order within a specific time frame, please let us know at email - info@fashion-elite.si, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

​

All products ordered from our website can be returned within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and returned in pristine condition. Once we inspect and verify that the product is in good condition, we will refund your money within 14 days. If you wish to return a product, please notify us in advance by emailing info@fashion-elite.si with "Product Return" in the subject line and a description of the reason for the return. The product must be returned to the following address: FASHION ELITE, Vrtna ulica 22, Bakovci, 9000 Murska Sobota, Slovenia.

Please note that returns do not apply to custom-made products (i.e., those made to specific measurements provided by the customer). Exceptions are made if the quality of the product is deemed unsatisfactory, which must be demonstrated.
